“How does the unit handle transitions between analog & digital inputs? My current receiver, some 15+ years old, gives great sound but often creates a loud and destructive pop or burst in the speakers. This happens when the audio and video source changes such as when I suddenly pause a HD Netflix show or when a HD TV program moves to a commercial break that does not have HD content. I've already blown away one settop cable box. I'd be especially interested in hearing from someone who had a similar problem with their old unit and now find that it does not happen with this one.”
