Not in the way you are suggesting (i.e., play a DVD with audio in one room while simultaneously "beaming" a radio station to another room. In my situation, I have a second input panel built into the wall that powers stereo speakers in three bedrooms and a dining room. By simply splicing the wire from the left and right speakers to this panel, I am able to play the same audio throughout the house (which can be pretty cool), but not two different programs.
