Please try again later.yes it can, this receiver can also do 5.2.2 Dolby Atmos which is your standard 5 speakers (Center) Left and Right (Fronts) and left and right (Surround) plus using your (Front Presence Speaker channels) for your front Dolby Atmos Speakers. it can also run on 7.1 or 7.2 with out the Atmost Option as it would require a separate amp to connect them to the Audio RCA outs from the receiver to an external amp and from the external amp to your Atmos speakers etc. i hope this answers your question and more.
