A:AnswerAlmost any speaker can be used for Dolby Atmos but I would stick to same brand as the main and rear channel speaker’s preferably matching models same speaker & tweeter materials as your main or surround speakers, it will sound so much better if all your speakers were matched.
A:Answer2-Way means they create music by dividing the sound in two Ways, one for the Lows or Bass (the Woofer) and the second for Highs or Treble (the Tweeter) as opposed to one single speaker struggling to cover the full range of frequencies, where it would not do well producing some of the lower & higher end frequencies. Obviously then a 3-way would be even better with a Mid-range added for middle frequencies.
A:AnswerNope!!! You will need a mixer and power or an all in one powered mixer then you could try it but these Yamaha outdoor 5” speakers Don’t have power built in they are only Passive speakers. They are designed to be connected to a stereo receiver or multi channel zone amplifier etc..
A:AnswerThey would work fine with a projector as long as you plug the audio out of your projector to a amplifier/Receiver then plug the Yamaha speakers into the amplifiers output ( with spkr wire not supplied) as these Yamaha speakers require power from an external amplifier or receiver because they are NOT active speakers they are Passive speakers,
