Can I use the Smart Thermometer on my BBQ grill? Yes! Yummly Smart Thermometer is great for grilling, handling grill temperatures of up to 572 degrees Fahrenheit and internal meat temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Be sure to keep the dock next to your grill for continuous temperature monitoring while you cook. https://www.yummly.com/thermometer
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it can be used in a grill. I've had great results with it when cooking with it in my 22" Weber Kettle grill -- perhaps the best grilled chicken I've ever done (and the easiest too).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, assuming the grill doesn’t interfere with signal between thermo and dock. I use a Weber kettle and had to place the dock on the handle of the Weber in order to remain connected to thermo. While I charged thermo between every use, with fresh batteries, the thermo failed to connect to dock after three uses. I recommend you save your money and not buy this device. Support from Yummly did not resolve this issue.
