“purchased O dec 29, 2020, I don’t know if this is defective but everything i make the template is under done. Even when I pick well. Mad a chicken roast tonight it said the target temp is 168. Well that it not true 180 is safe something wrong”

• Sounds defective, temps are a little off but like 5-10°F. Anything outside that range you should swap it out and try again.

• I had one issue with chicken too but it was just a chicken breast. When I used it with a roast and a whole chicken worked perfectly
