And it tells you Everything you need to know.. Tells you the Ambient Temperature, the Internal Temperature of your Meat, the Approximate Time that your Meat will be Done (depending if you Set a Target Temperature or Not..) IF you are Grilling your Meat? Your Yummly, Can Notify you of "When to Turn your Meat over!! And tells you when to take your Meat out of the Oven, even Before it Reaches the Target Temperature you set.. Because, the Meat Temperature will Continue to Rise out of the Oven.. Lastly it tells you just How Long to let the Meat "REST" before you should Cut into it.. Like I said, I LOVE Mine!! You will too.. Happy Cooking..
