Can memory be added to the MS Surface Pro 3? null

You can add storage by adding a MicroSD card under the kickstand. If you are referring to RAM then that can not be changed.

If you mean RAM, no. I suggest you purchase the highest spec product you can afford as there are no upgrades to be added later. On the bright side, there is a MicroSD slot on the back which can add up to an additional 128gb if you wish.

You can add memory in the form of a micro-SD card, which shows up as another drive letter (D:, for example). I don't think it's possible to add system memory in the filed.
