A:AnswerYes it does. BestBuy now change warranty policy for this product. Just go back to the location you bought from with proof of purchase and they will replace. Instead of having to go through Zagg’s protocol.
A:AnswerI would not recommend this at all! The best buy I go to always argue with me about getting the replacement screen! “ your phone is two years old” they argue with me all the time. They say they don’t have it in store which is ok. They have the choice to order online and they do it with such attitude! The location I go to is Michigan Utica hall road! I wouldn’t recommend going here VERY RUDE!
A:AnswerI cleaned the screen very well and followed all the directions very, very carefully. There is a bubble in the bottom corner that won't go away.
A:AnswerI think it’s something in the product. I used to think it was the way I was putting it on but my last one I bought they put it on at Best Buy but after about three weeks it shows that it is lifting or something like bubbles. Like it’s not sticking or something
A:AnswerYou can clean the screen protectors with isopropyl rubbing alcohol that you can buy at your local pharmacy or a big box store. Simply place some of the rubbing alcohol on a microfiber or a lint free cloth wipe as needed then dry.
A:AnswerI was told unlimited replacement as long as I paid to have the Geek Squad do the initial install. I paid and had my information entered into the data base; however, that proved to be a lie as Best Buy refused my second replacement.
A:AnswerYou would need to actually look for one that says it will. Each screen is sized to the item it covers. It is a hard plastic, not the thin film like previous protectors I have had in the past.
