There should have been instructions on how to register your product with Zagg. I would think that Zagg would replace it for you. See the following link for info. http://www.zagg.com/support/faq

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.they put it on for 8 dollars and some tax, but if you register it at zagg.com they will replace it for 5 dollars to ship you a new one. Don't think best buy replaces it unless its under 30 days old. Then they still are ugly about it.

When the screen started cracking, they replaced mine without any type of service charge. It may be particular to the store but it wouldn't hurt to check to see if they would fix it for you.
