It does not come with the iPhone or any phone for that matter. It's a great accessory to get with your purchase. Will save you money in the long run. Believe me I've spent more then 2000.00 in phones

No. Extra purchase but well worth it. The zagg cracked but my iPhone screen did not - this happened twice. Worth the investment!!!

No the Zagg glass does not come with the phone. You must purchase it as an added layer of protection to the screen. I recommend it. Cheap insurance
