What does the outside cover look like? Is it durable? null

The outside cover comes is many colors, dependent upon your Best Buy's inventory. The case itself is a rubberized hard plastic ... extremely durable. My mom accidently dropped hers onto the concrete sidewalk and the case held up with no cracks or broken keys. From the actual feel of it, I believe it has some sort of shock-absorbency feature.

It is hard plastic with a soft plastic non-slip surface in the center. My experience is that the plastic is prone to scratching but it is thick enough and closes securely enough to protect your ipad.

The outside case of the ZAGGfolio Keyboard Case is very durable.
