• The Zenphone 3 deluxe has a built in FM tuner as does all other phones just that the majority are not activated. The zenUI provides the interface for the tuner FM only

• This phone doesn't have an app for AM/FM radio. If you want anything close to that you'll probably have to download iHeartradio.
