- Answer yes you only need to have a power connection in that room and it connects automatically as long as you set it up before

QuestionHey I'm interested in an affordable cam system all for inside my apt. Bottom floor windows to view outside and how is it installed? Does it get screwed into the window sil or an adhesive stick on can do it? How is it installed if I order two of these cams

- Answer The camera comes with mounting screws. No adhesive tape. The camera has some weight to it, so you would need some strong tape. You can only monitor these using your phone/tablet app. If you want motion detection to record video, these cameras are not what you want. The app is lacking.

- Answer A stand alone IR illuminator would be pointless, in my opinion. The nighvision IR already included in the camera is amazing.

- Answer When on and connected to WiFi, there is a solid blue light. It will blink during the setup process and if it is not connected to WiFi.

- Answer If your router wasn't reset when the WiFi was lost, it should reconnect. If you reset your router at any point, you may need to follow the reconnection steps in the app. This camera has 30 feet of IR distance, but this will vary depending on the environment the camera is in. You can record about 5 days of video on the microSD card.

- Answer There are no alerts to notify if the camera loses power or connection. The only sounds that can be emitted by the camera are those you speak into the microphone.

QuestionI am looking for a device to put out doors to scare off the birds that come to pick and eat my seeds and seedling that have just germinated and are very tender with a suck lent root My lawn is in the front of my house and they have bombarded me ,pls

- Answer How are you wanting to scare them? The camera does have a speaker on it, but it's not very loud. You would have to have your phone/tablet on the entire time to livestream monitor your yard and then go outside to shoo the birds away.
