A: You're out of luck adding this on to your new subscription. I've just been through this with the New Subscription Only version of Quicken Deluxe. I had to use a different email address, go through a bunch of hoops to change my current software to use the new subscription, with the help of Quicken support, then more hoops to connect my accounts to online updates. It wasn't worth it. In the end I was told that Quicken will price match subscription if you contact them and provide proof.
Q: Can I renew my yearly subscription with this?
A: If you haven't purchased the New Subscription Only version of Quicken, DO NOT DO IT!!! If you have already purchased it, you're in for a rollercoaster ride to get it working.
A: I'm assuming that since this is a subscription, you will need to renew the subscription to continue to use the software. Many software makers are moving to the subscription platform because they have a steady income stream and eliminate much of the manufacturing cost of CD's and manuals for those that renew automatically through the software. I have always been able to find a renewal option online at a cheaper rate than offered by Intuit that makes Quicken.
