    This game is a tragedy

Please, do not buy this game. There hasn’t been a good baseball game on an XBOX since the 2K series. In fact the last baseball game I bought was 2K 2012. I figured this would be better because the XBOX ONE is an amazing console. I’m selling this tomorrow, because of the following. The game play on this is akin to Super Nintendo, and I’m deadly serious. You have one static camera view and limited controls. You can’t change the location of a pitch. The outer and batter glide around the box or mound when you move them. It is just silly. You press A to hit. You press A to pitch. I mean it’s really lame. The graphics are worse than XBOX 360. There is no annoncer chatter in the background, the crowds and stadiums lack any detail. Maybe kids will enjoy this. Little kids. Like 6 year olds. I hate it...I would have rather lit my $30 on Fire.

This is possibly one of my worst purchases ever in a video game. I took a chance on this game because there was not really another option at the time for the XBOX ONE for a Baseball Game. From DAY 1 there were so many bugs in this game. Even today their are bugs in it and when the company updates some of the bugs with a fix it seems they break other areas of the game. Unfortunately their QA process is not good at all. I would recommend you spend your money on some other game. If you want a baseball game that's fun and for the XBOX ONE purchase the Super Mega Baseball 2 game instead (Digital Format).

R.B.I. Baseball 18 is the worst baseball game I have ever played. I’ve been playing baseball video games for two decades... since Griffey’s Nintendo 64 game came out. I’m going to return this game to Best Buy for the $29. $29 is cheap as heck for a game, and this game isn’t even worth that. It is absolutely unacceptable for this game to be this bad considering how much money MLB makes. They could invest heavily and actually make a good game if they want. If they can’t do better than this, then they need to bring 2K back.
