Q: Can you tell if it actually works as described? Does it really help with your allergy? Thanks in advance for your answer!

A: Yes! We have many before and after pictures of the RS Pro fabric filter covered in dust mite matter and debris after a customer has used it on their mattress. We've also heard from innumerable customers about how their allergy symptoms have subsided after just a week or two of use.

Q: Any chance we will ever see this technology in a full size upright vacuum? If they could keep the price point reasonable I bet they would clean up the market. Yes, I heard... But seriously, because of COVID people are cleaning & sanitizing much more.

A: There are no plans at the moment for a full-size upright vacuum but that is a good recommendation! The closest we have at the moment is our full-size cordless stick model, the Omni Power UV+.

Q: Can this be used on a tempur-pedic cooling mattress? Was wondering if the heat from this item effect the cooling cover on the mattress.

A: Unfortunately, we don't know how the RS Pro would affect the mattress. We recommend reaching out to Tempur-Pedic to see if it can withstand the temperature of the RS Pro's heated air.

Q: Will the UV light fade upholstery?

A: I don’t see any fading after months of use, but will update after years :) of use
