Q: Would there be a difference between this white battery and the one that shows a black cover? I didn’t catch anything but maybe I missed the detail.

A: There is no difference. Just the color of it.

Q: I have purchased 2 of these from Best Buy in the last couple of days, neither one would charge, the charger either indicated it was a bad battery or wouldn't engage on charging indicating the voltage was possibly too low. How do I get a good battery?

A: So it seems I'm not the only one having very bad luck with these Yuneec batteries from Best Buy. One out of 4 that I've purchased was able to get more than 4 flights, the other 3 are shot. The one that still works gives me 14 minutes of flight time (out of an estimated 25). Searching for a better battery or a better source for them.
