Turbo freeze is AWESOME. Only reason for not 5 stars is the fact that I've only had it a month and can't speak to reliability as of yet, but so far great. We paid more for this one vs the others specifically for reliability, as you get what you pay for. But 1 month in, I can't rate that aspect as of yet.

We were outside of 15 days from purchase, so Best Buy wouldn't stand behind their product. We are now hoping Whirlpool can get someone out to repair this at the end of the week. It won't replace all of the food we lost in the middle of a meat shortage and global pandemic. This will be the last Whirlpool appliance that we purchase. This will be the last time we do business with Best Buy. You'll notice that their website says you can purchase Geek Squad protection within 30 days of purchase. That is not true. We waited over 1 hour by phone and through the live chat to find out that they could do nothing to help us. Do NOT buy this product. If it fails, you will not receive any type of compensation for your lost food. You will have a huge mess on your hands to clean up.
