LOVE the sound quality these things product. I was reading a bunch of reviews online of the best gaming headsets under $100 and these things were on the top on every single one of them. I see why. Sounds fantastic. Good bass, mids and highs are clean! Love the extended cord length. Simulated 7.1 surround sound actually sounds very good. Very lightweight on your head doesn't feel bulky at all. Fantastic build quality. You can tell these things are made with metal.

Did a lot of research before bought this product due to its price. Been using it since January 2017. No issues. Sound is clear. Reported mic is clear from other players when I play games online such as CSGO Competitive Matchmaking. I wear glasses and this headset doesn't cause any pain while wearing for long periods. Definitely recommend this product. Personally, this product has been a great investment and I feel I will continue to get my money's worth out of this product in years to come.

When you open this headset package you immediately see the care that went in to it. That's before you even open the box. Then when you pull the top of the box off you then get to gaze upon the quality and design oh this headset and it does not disappoint. Only thing I would say is slightly sub par is the bass. Don't get me wrong they sound great still. The mic is flexible and I have never had anyone complain about my sound having static or picking up echo or background noise. It is super comfortable. And has a great look. Sound quality is awesome and you will love this headset.

The Hyper X Cloud 2 are comfortable, and durable with incredible sound. My only wish is that they would have had the xbox adapter in the box. Although, I was able to put the control USB into the controller port, plug and turn the headset on and then plug the headset into HDP controller and control sound through the HDP hub After plugging the controller back in. I only pray I can use these with the series x.

If your looking for a headset with amazing sound quality but not to costly this is the one! Super comfortable and great mic. Only downside is you can’t use the control box on Xbox can only use via 3.5 mm other than that amazing headset.

Previously I used a PlayStation Gold Wireless Headset for PS4 gaming. It held up for 4 years, but I wanted an upgrade. The cloud II gaming headset is very sturdy and doesn’t make my ears ache overtime. You barely feel this headset on your head. The detachable mic is a very nice feature for when I’m playing alone and just need to hear footsteps and stay involved in the game. Overall, I think the sound is amazing and could not be happier with all that this headset offers for the price.

Honestly, I love this headset. It's really comfortable, has good sound for FPS gaming, and can even hold its own when I'm just watching videos or listening to music. I'd found out about it through some streamers I know who still use it to this day, and I can't blame them at all because it has held it amazingly. The detachable mic sounds a bit grainy, and that's one of the few areas in which it does show its age. It's not really too much of an issue for me, though, since I'm using a condenser mic on the side.

The sound is not only much better then most all other gaming head phones, it is much more comfortable. Other brands can feel too tight and they do this to provide a good seal around the ears. The HyperX-Cloud II knocks comfort out of the park. JUST BUY IT ! I have bought additional ones for my kids and a nice feature is that you can quickly un-plug the jack and plug it into your phone to handle a phone call if you get a call while gaming....

I had HyperX headset that was much heavier than this. This feels much better for those long periods of game play or listening to music or watching cat videos online...I don't judge. The braided cord is great. I know I've ruined a few cords on previous headsets but this one seems like it will take a beating. The sound quality is good and I do think it sounds a bit better than my previous HyperX Cloud I had. Overall, a good purchase IMHO.

I gave it 4 stars because it lasted for 2 years and 3 weeks before my son tore the wires out with the vacuum cleaner yesterday. To bad the extended warranty ran out a few weeks ago. LOL Longest lasting wired headset I've ever had and I've been a computer geek since the 80's. The sound was great but the mic transmitted a little low on some programs and couldn't get it to transmit any louder trying everything imaginable, but like i said it lasted for 2 years and did it's job for the most part. Kinda heavy for a headset but very well built. I'm not easy on my computer equipment that's for sure.

After searching for many weeks online, I finally decided on Cloud II. It supports 7.1 over usb and the cord is very long. They are comfortable for long sessions and sound amazing! The 3.5 plug also lets me use them with my iPhone. Bang for the buck one of the best headsets on the market right now. Sure you could pay for more features, wireless, or better surround sound, but if you're in the market for a comfortable, solid, and reasonably priced corded headset you won't be disappointed with the Cloud II.

Lightweight, great sound and comfortable to wear for a long game session

Was looking at the Astro A50s that were 3 times the price. After researching I decided to try the Hyper X Cloud II and have not regretted it. I owned previous generation Astro A50s and was blown away at how comparable the Cloud IIs were. The soundstage is great, sound quality is great and they are extremely comfortable. Which is hard for me to find as I have a large head lol. There simply isn’t a better pair of headphones out there, eps at this price. Would recommend!

For less than $100 this is one of the best headsets you can get. The sound quality was great and the headset was very comfortable. The controls are nice, although I would have preferred a button to mute the mic rather than a switch (which is not as accessible). The cable is a bit long and there isn’t a great way to shorten it, although with some zip ties your issue will go away. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a not too pricy headset, to get the Hyper X Cloud 2. I also recommend looking at some of Hyper X’s other similar models such as the Cloud Alpha.

My wife and I had the same Steel series Arctis 3, but our cat did not like the cord for some reason and chewed through the cable. She did not like that the Arctis did not fit her head. So when we were at the best buy to replace my headphones she tried on the these and loved them they stayed on her head with an adjustable head band and the microphone is removable, sounds pretty good, and the 7.1 surround sound seems to work great as well.

The quality of the materials used and the fit and finish is unmatched by its competitors. Others feel like cheap plastic or are uncomfortable but not these. Now the sound...AMAZING!!! The clarity, deep bass, oh and the 7.1 works on PS4 (just do firmware update 0010) and oh yeah they are less than $100. I got them for $69 no way you will find another headset of this quality of materials and sound for anywhere near that price. Buy them!!!

Very comfortable, easy to adjust. Removable microphone makes them versatile and perfect for gaming. Great sound!
