The microwave I had before was the next size up from this one and died just shortly after a year of owning (barely past the warranty) I got this so it would match the other appliances so I hope it lasts a little longer! If you’re wondering, the mounting holes for this are definitely different from the other models like it.

Your sales person in the store was fantastic! I hope you will note this in her file. I definitely would have given 5 stars except that the GE microwave is not as good as the overall Best Buy experience!

It makes noises on initial startup and while rotating. Not the best quality The tray is easily unconnected from the drive mechanism. The setting buttons are not sensitive enough. The cooking power is adequate. Installation was relatively easy.
