Lack of 5 stars due to halogen over stove light vs. LED. Creates too much heat and uses more power than should in this market.

Expensive purchase, but operations manual only available at my additional expense. Start and stop buttons same as all other buttons and don’t stand out for easy identification.

It was used daily by 45 nurses and the replacement needed to be just as tough. The nurses gave me their seal of approval with this machine.

The screw was crooked not in straight. The guy installed it tested our new microwave when there is nothing inside, which might damage the inside part. Door not in line, strange sound when open the door after two weeks said not returnable.

Bought another GE over the range microwave that fits perfectly, the controls are almost the same as the other one. The people at Best Buy helped us a lot in choosing the one perfect for our needs. The second one was as expected and works great. Love the Slate color and hope to upgrade the dishwasher and refrigerator to the same color in the not too distance future.
