We did not need a large microwave, and this does everything we need it to do. The only thing I would have done differently would have been to get a stainless finish that does not show smudges. It works great and looks good.

Excellent delivery and installation services. Called 30 minutes prior to arrival, on time delivery, installed well, even provided recommendation for use, final clean up for good house keeping.

I replaced an old microwave. The install was pretty easy, had to drill more holes in the wall for the new support brace. The wall has a lot of holes in it now but it all went good. My wife loves it and I'm ok with that.

A perfect fit to replace my 15 year old GE microwave. The automated settings make cooking a breeze. Seems to cook evenly with no hot or cold spots

Purchased this black microwave to match my black oven. Was worried the combo would make by kitchen too dark. It. didn't. The Micro works great, looks like I paid a lot of $$$ for it, and I like that the interior is white (instead of black like many of them are )

Recently got this microwave, it was easy to install. my only complaint is that it is VERY loud when its in use.

I'd say its a solid 4 star microwave. Could be a little sturdier but gets the job done.

Lots of options in this range. This is rated very well and we've liked it so far--it does what it says it does! We really like the light as well as being able to turn off the turntable. The key pad has some decent glare at times, but the clock is very readable.

On delivery the box was badly damaged. It had a big hole on one side. There was no owner's manual. I checked Best Buy web site and the page for the microwave I bought did not have a link for any documentation. I went to Lowes web site; they sell the exact same make and model microwave. I downloaded the GE microwave owner's manual from the Lowes web site. 5 stars to Lowes for having a web site with added functionality.

Arrived on time. Kept the work space neat. Job was completed in short order. Very satisfied!

Works well but not as well built as the 6 year old GE it replaced. Still has all the functions we need as the price was quite reasonable.

This product seems to live up to it's claim of sensor cooking. It was an upgrade for our home and has exceed our performance expectations.

Replaced a Whirlpool that quit working after 2 years. Installation was easy. Fan is much quieter.

Solid microwave. Does the basics and looks nice. Wish it had a magnetix "roof" to hold our "splatter" cover.

Father, son replacement! Works great. Little quicker than the old one.

One thing it’s missing is a back light on the keypad. Hard to see the screen without overhead light on in the kitchen. The light under the microwave is situated a bit too far to the back also.

Great quality microwave! I have been a fan of GE for a while and this model proves how modern looking and reliabke thisnunit is.
