    Everything was super smooth and efficient except the box was mislabeled and I received the wrong microwave. Didn't realize the mistake till I had it all installed. Wasn't real happy.

    We bought this 2 years ago. Within a few days, it had a sensor error and would not heat. Had to have someone come repair it. The handle fell off shortly later, and we had to super glue it back on. The light underneath burnt out in just a couple months, and we only used that at night. We just had the sensor error return, and it’s no longer heating. Worst waste of money.

    Does the trick, but looks / feels very cheaply made. Plastic parts make you wonder how long this product will last. Door only shuts with effort and a "clunk".
