    returned due to over the counter light located at the rear of the microwave making hard to see the front of the stove top. Also , turntable is much smaller than the 1.6 or 1.9 units.

    Not a great product. Seem cheaply made. Some of the buttons had stopped working but living with it because its a pain to uninstall. Not a good buy

    The microwave came without the plate. I spent four hours at the Best Buy spin Columbia Heights in Washington, and nobody was able to help me. They said i had to return the entire thing but I had already paid installation. And nobody helped me further.

    Description says that it comes with oven wire rack. Neither the microwave came with rack nor microwave has hook to place a wire rack. I realised this after installing the microwave and bestbuy wont help as the installation is not through geeksquad. Horrible service

    The unit I bought was terrible. Within the first year I had to replace the door switch. I've owned this unit for 2 years & 20 days. Now the Magnetron (the part that creates the microwaves) is defective. OF COURSE it only comes with a one year warranty. Pretty sad... the unit looks as good as the day I bought it and is nothing more than a paper weight.

    Vent motor burned out right after installation

    Spent hours installing it only to have the vent motor completely burn out within 2 minutes, which blew smoke into the kitchen. I didn't have to do anything with the vent motor either since it was already configured the way I needed it. Complete waste of time. Don't feel confident trying another one.

    There's good and bad in this review. This Microwave lasted 28 days. Just stopped working. That's the bad. The good is Best Buy handled this situation great. I got another Microwave (a cheaper one) , installed it and it's still working great.

    After only a year it started to act weird. Turning on by itself. Keeping the fan and light running when a cycle was finished. Not recommended.

    This is supposedly a stainless steel, but I don't think it is. It is very difficult to clean/shine, even when using the Stainless Steel products. Using a cloth for stainless steel leaves streaks and it looks dirty at all times.

    It had a power surge and broke after 2 years. It is a waste of money. My Gold Star countertop microwave has worked for over 23 years and is still working

    The microwave makes a lot of noise. I don't if that is common with this model, but the one I had before didn't make that. The technician who made the installation reported the problem and I haven't received an answer. I thought this store was serious about complains, but doesn't.

We do expect some noises to be created by the microwave, including a dull thumping or hum while it’s operating, a slight humming when it’s not operating, possible clicking right after starting the cycle, etc. More information on what is normal for the microwave is available in the manual, which can be viewed on our GE website by looking up the model number.     Very disappointed, I purchased it less than 2 years and already broken, doesn't work and when the technician came to my home, he recommend better buy a new the cost of repair will be the same :(
