Purchased on 09/05/2020, microwave stopped working on 09/28/2020. Contacted Best Buy for a return only to find out their return policy is not 90 or 30 days. It's only 15 days...Thanks.

Had same one fro 2016 it was built much better new one very cheaply maid very tinny very disappointed with ge waited a month for it to come in and is very loud when running

Ordered and the product was significantly damaged. Reordered to replace and the product was again damaged. The issue is more so with GE than with BestBuy because the boxes that the installers came with were in perfect condition. Meaning that someone from GE keeps putting defective products in boxes.

Horrible, mistake filled installation.
Four hours on the phone for ‘customer service’ yesterday. And today, it still doesn’t work.
We usually have very good Best Buy experiences and service; very disappointed this time.

This is my 2nd GE microwave. My first was out of warranty and it was cheaper to purchase the same model microwave than to repair the poor thing. One week in service the new one just went black. Thankfully GE is sending a repair technician to fix it. My previous microwaves lasted until we remodeled the kitchen. Hopefully this isn’t the new norm.

Not happy. I was told it didn’t matter how much space between the stove and microwave, because it was an electric stove.
When the geek squad arrived, they came in, measured, said there wasn’t enough room, and off they went.

I had to return it, because It was very loud. The door wasn't level. I tried to use Best buy website to return it and get the label to be shipped and didn't work, I had to drive more that 45 miles to return it.
