I was a bit skeptical at first whether this mop would vaccum and clean good, but to my surprise it worked as promised and was worth every penny. Highly recommended.

We have all hard floors and pets. This cleaner has made cleaning up messes and pet hair so easy I loved it! The included cleaning tray makes keeping the brush and machine easy and quick. Definitely worth the money

I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. 2 of my dogs are seniors and there are quite a few accidents in the house at the point. I have tile and terrazzo flooring and The Crosswave Pet Pro makes clean up a snap! And I love that the parts are so easy to take on and off for cleaning!! I highly recommend this product!!

This is a must have for pet owners with hardwood floors. We used to vacuum and mop separately, which turns into a half day project in our house. This allows us to do both at once and cuts chore time in half. We have multiple pets and this has been extremely helpful in cleaning up after them

Excelent machine. Light weight, pivots easly, very long cord. Does not reach the edges and water dispenser and dirty water container are small and need to be refillex/emptied often.

This vaccine has been amazing. Better than many products I’ve gotten. Easy to clean and cleans up pet messes great. Don’t regret this but at all. Still works perfect

I love this floor cleaner! I use it on hard surface floors only and cleans beautifully! I am an OCD cleaner and swiffered then used my Bissell and was shocked at how muddy the water was. Bought the pet pro not because I have pets but because it was purple, my favorite color.

Easy to use. Not that effective for cleaning up things stuck on floor. Steamer works better for that. Doesn't wet the floor evenly across the roller. But, still does the job.

I have a small place with floors that are 2 thirds bare floor and 1 third area rug—and this thing is perfect. The size and shape make it feel like a vacuum cleaner, so one must remember to slow down the pushing and pulling. It’s also easy to clean.

This machine is a life saver! My dogs and grandchildren are forever making messes that use to take me hours to clean up! Now, one swipe and it vacuums and mops! I would recommend this to everyone!

This has been by far the best purchase I've made. I work all day , kida have sports and club etc plus the regular home routines and this dual vacuum/ mop has made it so quick and easy for me to clean our house hardwood floors

Love this! It picks up great. I have a dog that makes a mess while eating and this is perfect clean up for that on my kitchen tiled floors. It also works great on carpet for spot cleaning or even just the give the carpet a fresh clean look.

Overall this has changed my life when it comes to accidents. I have 4 dogs! It does kind of leave a little streaky after the first use but just need to clean the brushes well
