Love the freezer! There is alot of space and so far it works wonderful. I give it a 5 star and would recommend.

I was looking for a refrigerator that did not have a freezer. All refrigerators like that are extremely expensive. The fact that this can act as a refrigerator and has the insides of a regular refrigerator And it was not expensive. Sold me to try it out. And I'm glad I did. Destruction said it would take like 2 hours or something like that to get the temperature I think it got down to 37° in less than an hour. If you buy it brand new and not Open box. You're going to be pleasantly surprise for this thing. I imagine it does this is well as as a freezer. The seal on the door is extremely strong which is good for a freezer and good for a refrigerator too which is the reason why that it got down to temperature so quick. I use this as my main refrigerator in the kitchen. It just works and it's a really good price. We'll see how it goes in a year or two. But so far It's excellent. I've tested it with a thermometer to see if it keeps the correct temperature and it does. I now keep it at 35°. It definitely extends the life of my meats well past the expiration date.

I really love this refrigerator / freezer. You have the option of keeping it a freezer or switch to a refrigerator. You don’t have to worry about the traditional freezer chest that you have to dig through and never find your food again. It’s beautiful and holds a lot. Only issue is, it came with a small dent on the upper right side. We just been through a huge conversion so I’m living with it. Sick of returning things.

We love our Insignia refrigerator, it is our secondary refrigerator located in our garage. Keeps everything nice and cold. I love the digital temperature display on the door.

This freezer has exceeded our expectations right out of the box! We had it delivered by Best Buy, the delivery Crew was very Courteous and professional! we unboxed it and was cold in about 30 minutes! This freezer seems comparable to our commercial freezer we had in the past years as it sucks the door closed upon closing it. Planned on putting it in the Garage,but its so Quiet that we moved inside. Its very sleek looking,and has a lot more room than you would not expect from a mid sized freezer. The shelving is easily removed for cleaning and simple to rearrange. we bought it as a back up freezer, but love that it is convertible and can be turned into a Refrigerator with the push of a button!

The crew of two who delivered and hauled away our old refrigerator that we replaced with this one were great! Made sure where we wanted it fit, took out the old one and brought in this one, Set it up and answered questions as they put on the handle and got it running. We have loved it as a replacement but wish we could turn off the beep on the door when opening it as late night snackers are annoying yet having the door beep when it wasn't quite shut right is convient! Probably can't have both...

This freezer has been an excellent purchase. It is quite spacious. Also, the delivery and setup was easy. I wholeheartedly can recommend this freezer.

Very roomy and very cold refrigerator/freezer. This unit can act as either freezer or a regular refrigerator. This freezer is allowing me to buy frozen foods in quanity when they are on sale. The refigerator/freezer in the kitchen is no longer stuffed and I don't have to worry that I have purchased more frozen food than will fit in our regular refrigerator. Like the digital readout on the front and the very bright lite inside. Great purchase. If out of stock, keep checking, new shipments show up online and are usually sold out in a couple of days! Delivery was with in a couple of days after purchase. Delivery guys were friendly, quick and very helpfull.

This freezer has everything I need. It operates as a freezer but can be switched to operate as a refrigerator with the click of one button. It was delivered on time and operates extremely well. I love it.

This freezer is the best you can buy at this price point. I priced out different freezers from Menards, Cosco and Sam's Club and this was by far the best deal for the money. I purchased this freezer for $550 after sale offering $300 off. So far, I am loving this freezer. It has a quick freeze option, so it was cold enough to start using in about 20-30mins. This was a great upgrade from the small chest freezer I had before that mostly just ended up as a plant stand lol. It can also be set to act refrigerator if needed/wanted. For the price it would also be a great option to purchase as a primary fridge.

Great for extra storage in garage. We use it as freezer. Much better than a chest freezer.

Bought 2 of these - one to be an extra fridge and the other to be an upright freezer. Have only had both for a month but so far so good. They maintain their temperatures, def have room, and the freezer isn't icing or frosting over inside. I am very happy with my purchases and the Best Buy Delivery service was wonderful

It's a perfect replacement for a similar size of an old freezer that finally gave out. There's is ample room for our needs. I went to two of the box home centers and both did not have either of their freezers on display. At Best Buy the freezer was priced $200 lower just one day after I purchased it. I went back to the store and was provided a refund after the freezer was delivered.
