I set it on -11but I put a freezer thermometer in it and it consistently keeps the temperature at -25 to -30 degrees. I love the glass shelves and the 2 drawers are great for storing bagged items.

Like that it can't be changed from fridge to freezer accidentally. It takes a concerted effort Concerted but easy. Quality seems good, but did purchase an extended warranty.

I like them temp on the outside as well as the lock/unlock. Works in a very reliable way. You can usually depend in Best Buy to give you great options on all appliances.

The quick freeze function kept our meat frozen after keeping freezer open during loading. Door seal is tight. Shelfing and compatments are nice. Price is right. Would be even betrer if the freezer had a lock to ensure door did not accidentally get opened.

I don't think I will use the conversion feature but it is nice to have. I like the open shelves as no space is wasted. Door is not deep enough to hold half gallon jugs but top shelf is high enough so that isn't a problem.
