My entire freezer full of food spoiled as the freezer turned off. Since I did not purchase an extended warranty, I'm being asked to pay a $129 service charge. I've tried to find other appliance repair companies to come to fix, but have been told that Insignia parts are difficult to get so most companies don't service this appliance. I do not recommend this product or Best Buy.

Love the bins on the door - nothing will slip out the side of these bins. Also there is great lighting so you won't have to grope in the dark to find what you want.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an issue from the factory but with no questions asked just a phone call they brought me a new one and took the old one away it was the easiest return I've ever done in my life thank goodness because it was within 3 weeks but I will deal with Best buy in the future forever their prices around the holidays are amazing and this last return was just phenomenal the way they handled it

The quick freeze option is a nice extra and works great to quick freeze new items. The only issue we have is that the handle that came with the freezer doesn’t fit the door. Best Buy was unable to do an exchange so they agreed to a discount.
