The only beef I have is that I wish it had more shelves. However, some baskets from Amazon fixed that. I also wish you could get the door to open from the other side. Small things when it has been a great product this far.

This is huge and frills. I use it as an extra freezer in the garage, so didn't mind the simplicity. It can be converted to a fridge is nice feature to have. Getting it on sales was fanstastic.

When the freezer got delivered it had damage in several areas. I called to complain and was told I would receive a gift card it’s been a couple of months since delivery and still no gift card has arrived. I think if you make promises you should keep them! On another not the freezer works great so far.

The freezer is awesome, the door is very hard to open, until you get the hang of it. I put wood in front of the wheels so I don't pull the whole freezer out. The temperature was easy to set. Overall very happy with this purchase

I love this fridge/freezer. We sell eggs, and need to keep them between 32 and 45 degrees. While reading the reviews, I was unsure if a convertible fridge/freezer would do the trick. To my happy surprise, it works like a charm. It's super easy to switch it over to fridge mode. While it runs about 3-6 degrees above the set point, I just monitor things with a manual thermometer and make adjustments where necessary. Right now, it's set to 35 and is running 40 consistently. I'm happy (:

This freezer is large and roomy and freezes perfectly. We probably won’t ever convert it to a refrigerator, but it’s nice to know we can. Very good price for a freezer of this size.

Very practical and roomy. Nice to be able to use as fridge or freezer. Using a fridge and happy with it so far. Especially appreciate displayed temp on outside of door.

We use two of these, one for refrigerator and one for freezer side by side an gives us plenty of room at an affordable price.

This is a nice sized freezer for a great price. We are able to fit double the amount of frozen food in this compared to our last freezer.

Super efficient freezer, and I love the optional refrigerator use. Swallows up my flour, meats, breads, and frozen dishes.

Had for about a month now. Monitored interior temperature for the first couple weeks. Holds temperature very well. I read a couple other reviews that state the door is hard to open due to tight seal. I will agree that the seal on the door is very tight. I do have to place my hand on the side of the cabinet to keep freezer from sliding forward on my tile floor when trying to open. I am not sure I see this as a negative. I much rather have a good seal then one that leaks air.

Very Good price large freezer. Delivery was also good but not free. Only reason for one missing star is no free pick up which most major stores offer and no set up and start the freezer offer!!

Big, great freezing or cooling power if you use it for cooling only. silent. Just perfect.
