This Insignia freezer is not only beautiful, it works great. The price, a great break for the Best Buy brand, was a welcome added feature. The door lock feature is great. It keeps you from leaving it open accidentally and also keeps kids or family members with dementia from leaving it open. Unlocking is simple. I highly recommend this freezer.

10/10 recommend. This freezer is AMAZING. it stays cold. We even lost power for over 24hrs the only frozen food that was good was the food in this freezer! The seal on it is great. It’s bigger than I pictured as well

This is a great freezer at a great price. And as a bonus, it can be used as a refrigerator too which saved us at Thanksgiving when we needed the space.

Awesome freezer it's a giant But it's completely awesome!!!! But very true about opening it up.. from other people that I've read they say it's really hard to open and that is very true...But if that is the worst thing I can say about this freezer that's pretty good it's a very very good freezer well worth the money

I kept trying to buy the G.E., 21 cu. ft. upright due to reviews; but, they could never deliver the product, only excuses. Recently, I saw the Best Buy add for a comparable Insignia and thought I would give it a try. Very glad I did. Have only had it a couple of months; but so far, it performs just as advertised and I saved a couple of bucks to boot. Delivery and setup was outstanding. Put in a couple of independent thermometers and they substantiate the freezer is keeping foods in the appropriate cold zone. This was what I was looking for all along.

The best purchase so far I have really enjoyed having a stand up freezer and filling it up. My husbands loves it

Great freezer. Only bad thing is the door is very hard to open and locks for a minute after you close it. But for the price it was perfect

Exactly what I was hoping for when I purchased this upright deep freezer!

We needed a new fridge for our garage. Our old one was 26 years old and started to leak inside on the bottom causing black mold to grow. I found this garage ready fridge and figured it isn't too bad for the price. Well it is the perfect size, bigger than our old fridge and my husband told me it can be either a freezer or a fridge depending on the setting you put it on. I was surprised to see that and even more impressed. I saw some reviews where customers complained about how tight the seal is. Well I love the fact it has a tight seal.

Great addition to the garage! Everything fits in place, it’s a non frost and you have plenty of space to add everything you need in the freezer I will recommend to open the freezer from the top giving a few knocks before opening the door - everything is sealed and hard to pull the door

Originally I wanted to buy a cheap chest freezer, but they were sold out everywhere. After reading reviews, I decided to go ahead and buy this one, since we could use it as a fridge if we ended up not needing all the freezer space. I'm glad I got the larger version, because it's full already! The shelves hold a lot of weight and the door slots are wide enough to hold loaves of bread. I've got a thermometer inside and it's been good about keeping the temperature where it needs to be for a deep freezer. I prefer an upright so we don't lose food in it and find mystery icebergs years from now.

Well- 5 would be perfect right? Classic issue with freezers is organizing. This is better for us than some but still presents challenges. Personally dont find door storage to be all that useful. Most packaged meats and veggies are bags now and dont stand alone well. Wife currently trying to find bins to place on shelves to organize so you arent pulling everything out- we also added some folding wire shelves for more levels. Love the idea that this could be changed to use as fridge- love the garage ready rating- and boy does that door stick closed! Very happy with the purchase- and delivery guys were great- adjusting settings not difficult- it should really be a 4.75 stars!

I purchased this freezer as a replacement for a chest one and it was the best decision ever. Not only is it a quality product, it provides me the ability to see the items that I've stored much better. My sister has purchased one due to me raving about it!

Much bigger than I expected which was a huge bonus! I love the option to use as a fridge OR freezer. The digital display on the front is very handy, too.

We were very lucky to find this 21 Cu.Ft. freezer/ refrigerator (we use it as a freezer). Our previous freezer was failing quickly & we were promised to have this in our home within a couple of days. As promised it arrived right on time & was professionally set-up by the Geek-squad- saving a lot of food! This Insignia runs like a champ keeping the desired temperature & has plenty of room to organize everything (we use several ventilated baskets to use maximum space). Very satisfied!
