    I bought this freezer I have a larger family and that to make a space for my daughter and her boyfriend food, this freezer is perfect allowing us to separate our food. Keeps food frozen without ice built-up.

    Decent but only goes down to 35 degrees. Thermometer inside read 38. I called Best buy and they were going to send a tech out. Never die, they cancelled. The dot would not shut no matter how much I lifted the feet. Ended up having to add another inch to get it to shut on it's own. I tried to get a replacement but apparently no where in the USA did best buy have another one. I have a stand up freezer do having just a fridge fits my home. Would probably not buy a fridge from best buy again.

      This is a convertible Fridge/Freezer appliance. When initially set up, it will operate as a fridge which is likely why its internal temp is at 35F. If you would like to use it as a freezer, enable the freezer mode via the front control panel per directions in the manual. Please ensure the appliance is on level ground for the door to close properly.
