All we had to do was to plug it in. There is plenty of room inside. Although we've only had it for a couple of months we are very pleased.

Great upright freezer

I bought it as a result of Covid-19 to minimize my trip to the supermarket. It’s more bigger than expected which I’m glad for it because I can store more food. I’m truly recommend it.

When we purchased this, we intended to use it only as a Freezer, not a Refrigerator. As a freezer this would have been a 5 star rating, but because they advertise it as also a refrigerator which does not work well, it drug down the rating. Before we purchased it we read several negative reviews about it not getting cold enough to be a refrigerator. So just for checking purposes when we first set it up, we set it to refrigerator mode and set the thermostat down to 35 degrees F., which is the lowest setting in the refrigerator mode. I checked the temperature twice with a separate thermometer. The first time it was at 36 F., and after all night it was 40 F. which is way too hot for a refrigerator. In the freezer mode the thermostat can go from -10 to +11 degrees F. We set it at 0 F. and have checked the temperature several times and it varied between -2 and +2 F., so it works great. Also the auto defrost so far works great. Ordering is easy, prices are competitive, and the delivery guys did well, were information and helpful. Also to my knowledge, Best Buy does not suppress free speech for which they disagree politically like Amazon.
