Lost over $200 worth of food which was not reimbursed (perhaps I should have sought emotional damage instead...have you ever smelled rancid chicken?). It was serviced twice until it worked again....and then died once more two weeks later. To their credit, they then swapped out the freezer for a new one....which never once achieved freezing temperature. Understandably, I no longer trust this product and have returned it. Two freezers, had to work from home five days (three delivery/pickup days, two service days), and out over $200 to be back to square one. What a headache...
