For being computer geeks you don't seem to be on the ball. To begin with I couldn't get anyone to help me in the store prior to my purchase. I bought the items anyway. When they called me to postpone the delivery for another week then that was it, done with best buy. I purchased my washer and dryer elsewhere two day delivery and done.

It was my first time deviating from a Maytag/Whirlpool appliance. Never again. I have had two repair calls on this one already. It dries well, but the motherboard apparently has a limited lifespan and replacement parts are very hard to find. Beware.

It has a lot of options many of which I really don't use, but I bought this model because it has light inside the drum which is very handy when you are fishing for clothes left behind at the end of the drying cycle. Very convenient.

It arrived with the top panel broken off in the front, okay, but being disconnected repeatedly before speaking to a representative (who, though having difficulty himself with pick up and refunding, was polite and helpful). I did not connect or use the product but given multiple difficulties with Best Buy I would not trust the Insignia brand
