Love this dishwasher!!!. It’s been in a month or so, hopefully I won’t have to update this review if it breaks down. It quiet, sires well, cleans well , has a good bit of space and flexibility of the 3 racks and tines to accommodate a variety of loads.

Having previously owned a Kitchenaid dishwasher for 15 years, we felt it was time for a new one and I immediately knew that I wanted another Kitchenaid. I read reviews from owners and looked at recommendations from consumer websites. I made up my mind on the model that came with the FreeFlex 3rd rack mainly for the extra space for glasses and accessories. This model is EXTREMELY QUIET and at times I have to put my ear to the door to make sure its running. I also like the style of the handle that allows me to clean around it as opposed to my old model where the crumbs got stuck and I couldn't wipe them out. This model is slightly more pricey than other brands but i feel that it is well worth it.

Very quiet. Really like the top 3rd rack. Lots of cups, utensils will fit. Large dishwasher inside.

We moved a couple of years ago to a home with a remodeled kitchen and a new dishwasher. We used it 4-5 times. The dishes were ALWAYS dripping wet. We quit using it & started hand washing dishes. We finally had enough! We had always had Kitchenaid in the past so went to Best Buy & our sales rep helped us find a Kitchenaid with heat drying. We cook a lot (especially with Covid) so dirty a lot of dishes. LOVE THIS KITCHENAID! The dishes are always sparkling clean and COMPLETELY DRY! The 3rd rack on top is really convenient! Our installers were prompt, professional & efficient & ran thru the operation process before they left. Very easy to operate

This is the quietest dishwasher I ever had. Sometimes I do not even know it is on. And talk about clean , wow it is great. And love the 3rd rack. Great for smaller items.

I love this dishwasher. It is extremely quiet; especially for those who have open-concept floor plans. We use the third rack with every wash. It gives us the extra room needed to keep from crowding dishes or having to hand wash. Great buy!

Love this dishwasher! the third rack provides more flexibility in loading things like tongs and measuring cups. It is quiet and cleans/dries very well.

My favorite dishwasher so far. The top row is a game changer! Quiet and does an excellent job cleaning and drying. Indicator lighting is a nice touch. Blue-washing, red-drying and white for complete. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher.

Best dishwasher ever! Beautiful sliding racks, configured so you can get soooooo much in there. Dishes sparkle when they are done. Very quiet operation. Love the handle. Can’t say enough good about this dishwasher.

This has been most silent dishwasher we have ever had. The cleaning abilities are good as well. We bought a open box from Best Buy for a very lucrative price. There is a very very minor leakage from the left bottom side of the door but I am sure KitchenAid tech will be able to fix it when I contact them.

The washer itself seems to be very nice, and I agree with other reviewers. My one issue that needs mentioning....for the few geeks like me that actually read the manual, it sucks. Almost all of it is about the installation. There is only a page or two that covers operations, and most of that isn't specific (or in many cases, doesn't even apply) to this model. I really wanted something that explains and compares what each of the options and cycles do. For example, what's the difference between "express wash" and "light"? Between "rinse only" and "sani-rinse"? How long does each option or cycle take? The manual addresses none of this, either the print copy or the manuals available at the KitchenAid website (same as the print copy). They put absolutely zero effort in producing a manual. So.....appears to be a nice product. But I sure wish the manuals take the time to explain how to actually use it. They don't. So, all you can really do is push the "pro wash" or "normal" buttons. If providing other features and options, at least make an effort to explain them.

So quiet that you can't even hear if it's on. First few times, we went back in the kitchen to check if we had turned it on. Washes the dishes perfectly and third rack is a plus.

This dishwasher is amazing! It has 3 racks, so lots of room for everything. It’s so quiet and has several settings so we can wash a load fast or let it go longer for a caked on load.

Great performance! I’m very happy with this purchase. I love that it has a third row. It’s quiet and everything gets really clean.

This my second Kitchenaid dishwasher. I just loved my first and had to choose another. It is so quiet. The new third shelf is very handy and makes the makes the machine more spacious. The glasses just sparkle.

The interior space is awesome. I used to run my dishwasher twice a day and now I only have to run it once in the evening. I have been using the express wash only and no heat and my dishes are dry. I know some will frown upon this but I have always rinsed my Dishes off before putting in dishwasher but using only express wash and they are perfectly clean. Hoping this dishwasher lasts!!

I love my new dishwasher! It is spacious and able to hold dishes, and pots and pans and has a third rack for extra bowls and cups and silverware. It is the QUIETEST dishwasher ever. My old one was so loud. This is amazing.

Love the top rack in this Diswasher! So much space in this Diswasher for stemware and baking dishes. Excellent cleaning! Very quiet.

Dishwasher is whisper quiet and cleans very well. Delayed start is awesome for energy savings, and it takes a large number of dishes each load.
