    One of the best parts of buying this product was the exceptional service I received from the Best Buy people. The sales people gave excellent advice. The delivery/installation people were professional and did an excellent installation. They were on time and efficient. The dryer works great.

    The dryer is great however it doesn’t work at all on the energy saver mode. I turned that setting off and the dryer works great. Seems similar to other reviews!

    Replaced a 10 year old LG dryer that could not be repaired. Was not sure if the steam was needed. The dryer WITH STEAM is great! Very happy with the new dryer, 5plus stars

    Okay dryer. Sensor does not work great so clothes are often damp when cycle is done. Sometimes have to clean lint filter in middle of cycle. Large capacity.

    Easy connection and to get up and running. Very quiet. The tub wash cycle ran for several hours and kept saying "sud" for about 30 min while the tub kept filling up. Manually stopped the cycle.

    Large capacity, very flexible programs. Dries quickly, if needed, but more slowly at lower heat. Steam dry feature works well.

    Purchased to match LG washer purchased earlier this year. Sold as compatible for NG so had to convert to LP. Conversion was very economical - simple orifice change. Runs a bit hotter than our older Maytag. Wi-Fi notification to phone feature helpful. Many dry cycle features.

    Got this and the matching washer, and they both work great. I especially like the internet connection that alerts you when the load is done or if there is any problem with the load.
