I absolutely love love love this vacuum cleaner. Wow! I had a dyson for many years (the V8 animal) and unfortunately had to get rid of it. Bought this when it was on sale and I have zero regrets. It's super quiet in comparison to the dyson.

Nice vacuum, but just wish the battery lasted longer on high power. I use medium power on hardwood floors and can get about 30 minutes. On high power maybe 10-12 minutes. On carpet, this would be basically useless.

Battery life is not good...a good 10-15 min clean up will make the battery go down and eventually die, Otherwise cleaning and suction is very good

This vacuum is pretty sweet. Had a Dyson V6 anc got this Samsung for free with my Samsung Appliance purchase and it’s an awesome vacuum. I love how there isn’t a trigger and you can just push the power on and it stays on. I also enjoy being able to switch out batteries if one dies. It’s quiet and powerful and looks nice too

We bought a group of appliances and received this as a free promo along with them so we weren't expecting much. Wow, were we wrong! This thing is amazing. We use it all over the house, in our cars, and in our camper! It's very powerful and we love the attachments that came with it.

Overall It’s a good product the only complaint I have is the battery life. I fully charged it and even was conservative w/ usage time and it still went out relatively quick.

Great vacuum, I purchased for my senior citizen parents, so I would prefer not having to remove the battery to recharge like the Dyson, but we're getting used to it

Got this as a free gift for purchasing other Samsung items and typically when you get a free item there alright but this vacuum was amazing, its quiet and I consider great battery life, It picks up things that aren't noticeable after I vacuum it picks up allot

I'm a Samsung fan. We have a washer and dryer that are both Samsung's and LOVE them. Never had any problems with them, so I thought purchasing this vac would live up to my expectations as I know Samsung is a good and reliable company. Well, I was not disappointed one bit! I know the reviews aren't the best, but in my opinion, it's my favorite cleaning tool in my home. I also purchased separately the automatic cleaning dust bin and its life changing/a game changer. I have not had an issue with the battery life as I clean in sections during the week. The suction is amazing compared to what some people are saying. I have used the "max" setting on area rugs and have had no issues. If you don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on the more expensive series or even a Dyson, this is the vac you want!

Decent Vacuum. Battery doesn't last long on high and doesn't have a ton of power, but it's perfect for small jobs or getting junk out of the car quickly.

I've always resisted spending decent money on a stick vac because they are usually under powered and short lived, but I'm very impressed with this Samsung model. Decent suction, respectable battery life and a good assortment of attachments.

So I haven't used a cordless vacuum before. It's different but I have to say it does the job well. This vacuum has 3 speeds and lasts up to 40 min on the lowest, 25 on the mid speed (the speed I use) and around 15 on high speed. Very light and agile.

We received this vacuum as a freebie item with purchase of appliances and I didn't think I'd use it honestly. Now, I use it all the time! It's lightweight portable and convenient for picking up quickly and quietly behind my toddler. Love it!
