My oven stop working a week before Christmas, and we were expecting family members over for Christmas dinner. I ordered a Samsung stove from Best buy online and the unit was delived and installed in two days. So we were very happy with the whole process.

Good product but arrived badly damaged.

Came to me damaged but they let me keep it until new oven deleted. The install crew was efficient and left the kitchen in good order. I believe we will be happy campers if replacement range arrives in new condition.
