The stove was perfectly nice for the 40 days it worked. Then the electrical panel went dead, rendering it a large black brick in my kitchen. Despite buying the five-year warranty from Best Buy, because it had only been such a short time, I was directed to contact Samsung for help. I did this on November 12. After talking to several different agents and never getting any actual response, what I thought was waiting for a replacement turned out to be that the agent had screwed up and my case was closed. I then went through the whole process again starting on December 3. This time, after several days of back-and-forth. I was offered a gift card to samsung.com not even in the amount I paid for the stove. I then called Best Buy. Best Buy has sent someone out to my house who was unable to help and told me to call Samsung. an agent from Best Buy was supposed to call on my behalf and here I sit waiting for a return call. I have now missed Thanksgiving and will miss Christmas in my home because I don’t have a stove. So beware. Well I could have just gotten a lemon, you will get no help at all - from Samsung or Best Buy even if you have a warranty - if your stove dies.

Excellent stove. This is our second one. We moved and left the other one behind. This one heats up better and faster than our older one.

I have only had the range since 4/3/23. So far it it is wonderful. I have not tried the air fryer function yet but the other functions work fine. Love it!

The range works perfectly...until the display screen and then the oven stopped working...Thankfully I purchased geek squad warranty. I didn't have to use it. It was still under manufacturer's warranty.

Good stove no issues. The only thing was there was no paper manual of instructions.

Decent stove but the glass top scratches very, VERY easily. I am not sure why they would produce something like this. We've owned it for less than 6 months and have many random scratches on the top. Out last glass top was 15 years old and had zero scratches (same use and pans). I would not recommend this stove for that reason. Otherwise it's been great!

It works great and cooks great but glass scratches too easily. All companies get their glass from the same place in Germany the ceramic glass ones will all scratch equally.

I absolutely love my new range. It has a smooth cook surface with a warming area. I love the self cleaning system and it cooks to perfection

So far it works wonderfully. Looks great. The only negative is it has an air fry function but doesn’t give you a tray. Cookie sheets stow nicely underneath.

Needed a new oven bought this one. Can preheat and stuff on the smart things app on phone.

Thus far, it has done almost everything I needed. The written instructions for product are vague. I still do not know how to set the clock without waiting till 1200 hrs and unplug and plug it back in.

Love the stove and the delivery drivers were very helpful and nice!!!

My favorite appliance in the kitchen. I use it multiple times a week. The self clean feature makes us lazy cooks days.

The iven works great. Heats up nicely. Only thing i do not like is the alarm. It is loud and LONG.

Easy install. It gets to temp quick and lets you know by phone notifications quick. I can't complain.

wish i was told the range did not come with a oven fry rack

I find it mostly functional. Slow to heat up but I was warned about that but what I find frustrating is after less than a year even with meticulous cleaning and correct cookwares the stove top still scratched easily. Even when you follow the directions.
