HP has put in place an inability to download OpenOffice. Whenever I try to open it, the ad to sale the Microsoft Office program comes up and closes my OpenOffice. It also seems to get overwhelmed easily and sticks. I have to close it, generally at least once per day, sometimes twice. It is frustrating. I feel there are better options.
