For the price it's unbelievable! The colors are vibrant, it prints like a much more expensive printer, and I'm not talking about emails. I'm talking about graphics! Beautiful. I didn't expect such a good printer.

It prints and copies fast for a small unit. The only downside is that the extender does not automatically come out when you print. I would recommend.

Do NOT like having to go wireless; prefer cabled USB connection. When bougt, I was told I get 3 months free ink, now the printer is nearly out of ink, so how do I get my free ink?

BUYER BEWARE

Typically, its a straight forward process. The irritation I felt with this product straight out of the box was so intense I was ready to forget the $120 I spent in lieu of the satisfaction I would receive by throwing it out of my office window. The printer would not recognize the ink cartridges that were provided with the product in order to install and set up the printer for use. Incompatible? Seriously? HP's support provided no assistance as they asked multiple questions yet could fathom that the product had yet to be set up but was experiencing errors already. I wasted 2 hours of my morning and will have to spend additional time taking this useless doorstop back for a refund. Instead of HP offering more "helpful" suggestions and trouble shooting in response to these comments why not make a product that actually works or reimbursing customers for their wasted time. I will not be purchasing another HP product after this infuriating experience.
