Needed a new over range microwave. Checked out some products in store and decided on the samsung. Great microwave, i recommend this product.

We didnt realize how much better the look of our kitchen would look unitl this shorter micro was installed. We love how it looks. It is also very quiet.

Pretty microwave and installed with the bracket I Had for my GE microwave before it so didn’t have to swap that out. Haven’t used it but I’m happy so far with the installation and look and speedy shipping in 3 days to the store.

Shortly after I bought this microwave , I saw a crack at both ends of the handle. I kept using it thinking it’s just a scratch. However the handle start moving and now broken. The product only have one year warranty, making it difficult to get help from the manufacturer. Lucky Samsung now agreed to send technician to replace the broken part. I do not recommend this version of microwave. Who would think microwave’s handle will broke only after one year use!!!

Im severly upset and warn everyone to avoid this product! As after a year of normal light use the door handle broke into a bunch of little pieces! It requires a tug to open the door but at no point was it pulled hard enough for it to break into a bunch of pieces!!!! I tried going through best buy support and they wanted to charge me $150 dollars to have some one to come look at it! Which is ridiculous and very obviously a cheap parts issue!!!i feel really screwed outta my hard earned money and warn everyone!!

Extremely disappointed with its built in obsolescence. Ive used uglier microwaves from the 90s that stood the test of time better than this microwave. Door handle problems began with small cracks and then one day as the microwave was in use, i grabbed the handle and it dislodged and pieces began to fall off.

Better looking then my counter microwave. Happy to go with samsung as always

Great upgrade from old microwave oven. Size is exactly same and installation went smoothly. Venting fan is not very powerful.

First microwave had the worse excuse to becalled a light, it was so dim and small it didnt light anything i had to buy lights so I could see, it is larger than measurements so couldnt get to my back burners, and ventilation was a joke. Best buy promised a better microwave that I still have not getten while waiting 2 months and told will still be another month before my compensation microwave might show up, maybe. So after 5 appointments and never getting this microwave installed because agent didn't show up for work, their excuse not mine. Then they would reschedule me without asking me, for a week later everytime! I even started to call the day before on last 2 appointments, I was swore it would be here and still noone showed. But told to be patient because their agent didn't show to work again! Wow i would be fired for that but its okay for them and the customers fault not theirs. Oh but they want you to be thankful because they rescheduled it. Same with their time frames, they dont keep those either. They give times and none are kept. Every appointment asked for 7am-1pm by 9 am I would get a text message, not even a call, my appoint was moved to 9am-1pm, then later 12pm- 3pm, then 12pm-8pm and somewhere around 3pm get notified I need to reschedule. But here is a photo of my still not existing microwave and the lights i had to buy and put around this microwave i returned because the light was usless! Run away from best buy if you wanna buy a microwave!
