Meets all my needs so far: fast, reliable, good battery life. Perfect for school work. People in-store were not very helpful and incorrectly answered my questions (this model DOES come with a keyboard, but they wanted me to purchase one separately). Ended up purchasing online for instore pickup at another location and it was so fast and simple plus I got a great deal!

I love this thing. I have an iPad and an Android tablet but I always felt like there were just things that I wanted a computer for that neither tablet would ever be able to do. Enter the surface tablets to give me the Windows OS in a tablet form factor. Initially, I balked at the price and have abstained since they were first released until now on sale with a keyboard. I bought it as an addition to my laptop so it would be easier to tote around. It serves its purpose pretty well. I'm not concerned with the smaller storage space since it's a secondary device. It does get a little hot when it's running, but the fact that it came with a folio keyboard and fits in my backpack better than my work and personal laptops and tablet, it wins. This removes the need for me to travel with my personal laptop and tablet. The battery life isn't as good either, but it lasts long enough to get me where I need to be. Overall for the money I've spent, I'm satisfied. I'm definitely a Surface Pro owner for life, but I'll still never pay full price for them. Just doesn't seem worth the money, to be honest. Doesn't do enough, or have enough specs to justify the price tag to then still have to spend another hundred+ dollars on the folio keypad.

My wife loves having the freedom to work anywhere without carrying around a bulky and heavy computer. Great display and battery life. Can sometimes get a little warm but that's understandable given it's size and lack of loud fans.

I purchased this as an alternative to carrying my heavy Dell laptop back and forth to work. Working mostly from home I need to be able to connect to the server at work but also need the portability of carrying my computer with me. I love that this is a full fledged Windows computer in a tablet form.

I love the size and weight of this laptop. It can actually fit in my purse to carry around with me. The speed is remarkable and the picture is outstanding. I would definitely recommend anyone that needs a portable computer to purchase.

Not too small, not too large, not to heavy either. It's the perfect weight and size to carry in my hand all day if needed. I only use 3 applications on it. So I don't need much memory, the battery last half day if I use constantly, but it charges quickly for the second half. I just plug it in for lunch and ready to go after im back. Not bad for an older model and for price of $599. Surface pro 7+ , careful its hard to find good cases if you want one like UGA. You can order them direct from company but they are located in England so shipping takes a while without upgrading. Bestbuy doesn't carty them anymore for pro7.

Good speed, functional performance and battery life is good. I wasn’t sure what to expect but this was a great purchase for work from home and on the go needs.

I love it honestly!! It's amazing, fast, compact but powerful. So user friendly in my opinion as well as also having the full complex capabilities of a window 11 system. Doesn't come in s mode which is a win win for me.

Works perfectly for what i need it for. its compact, light, and the touch screen is really helpful when im taking notes and need to draw something

I have been a Samsung tablet user for many years. I was not considering buying a Surface but when searching for a new tablet this was on sale. Spoke to a few people who had them and the recommended I give it try. Turns out I really like it. Even though the hard drive isn't large and the RAM is low, this thing performs great for what I use it for. I find myself using this more than my regular laptop now. One thing that I did not like at first was that this is a small laptop, not truly a tablet. The apps I've been using on the Samsung tablets no longer apply. That is taking some getting used to.

Love it I just wish the battery lasted more! I had been wanting one for years and after 10 years of using the other one for school am happy with this purchase. Small and yet not too small. Light to carry.

I had a terrible experience purchasing this from another site. It came with a bad battery. I then decided to take a chance and buy one from Best Buy and I am SOOO Happy with my purchase. I use the device for work, school, and pleasure. I love the lightweight sleekness to the surface pro. It's a nice screen size used with the keyboard or as a tablet. I would definantly recommend this device to anyone for work, school, or pleasure.

Hard to keep open on stand. Like smaller size.Wish it came with more instructions. Having a little trouble getting key board on and off. Light weight. Good price on sale.

I am very pleased with my Surface Pro 7+. Even though my Surface is the i3 / 8GB RAM version, it performs daily PC tasks (e.g., email, web browsing, etc.) very effectively. I use my Surface for Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, too. I like how portable the Surface is. I also like that it runs silently (because of its fanless design). It is a plus for me that the detachable Microsoft keyboard has backlit keys. I look forward to using this Surface for a long time.

Works fast, small and compact, very lightweight, I recommend getting it since it’s easy to travel with. Definitely need a case though!

I bought for my wife to use for her insurance business. She likes it a lot. Nice screen and there wasn't an extra cost for the keyboard. It charges fast, the battery lasts about 17 hours. The response time is fast. No lag time when doing anything on the Internet or saving information to the hard drive. I could have bought a Surface 9 but it was overkill for her needs.

Perfect for work. Fast. Portable. Lightweight . I love it.
