Bought this in 2023 after seeing numerous reviews saying to buy the Surface Pro 8 and later. I bought it for digital art and creative writing (I bought the compatible Surface Pen from Microsoft's site), and it's been working great for what I need it for. The colors are bright, and the picture is crisp and sharp. The battery holds up for 5+ hours when I'm simply reading a book (with brightness on 37% and night light on), but when I'm using my digital art software, the battery lasts about 3 hours unplugged (with the brightness on 100% and night light off). However, I do recommend buying the Surface Pen because other "compatible" pens create wriggly, uneven lines.

Worked well but I traded it in when as soon the Surface Pro 9 came out, which had more features and was very fast. The Surface Pro 7 was a very efficient machine, great for the price

Still learning all the features available, but overall a really nice device. Not too big not too small. Easy to handle, I'm able to do school and work things, smoothly. My first computer in over 10 years and not disappointed. Definitely recommend for any professional.

Bought this as a gift for my son and he loves it! It's not heavy and can be carried around easily! Screen has great clarity and the touch screen works great! Having the keyboard built in was a plus!!!!

An upgrade to long lived, original Surface. Love the dual personality of this line of PCs and this Surface Pro 7 has a bigger screen andcis much faster. So, pretty pleased. My only gripe is that the onscreen keyboard is a huge backward step from the original. Ho hum. A product manager has to make changes, I suppose, or why else employ them?

I love the surface laptop , its crisp and easy to use i recommend getting a warranty and case of course for protection. I use it for work , personal and business. Great all around laptop. The battery life is a 8.5/10 in my opinion

Microsoft Surface has been my go-to workhorse for years. I especially like this model for its looks, speed, and storage. It is light enough to travel with me wherever I go. I can have it out and running in seconds.

Love My Surface Pro. I love the portability and the touch screen. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a go anywhere type of computer that doesn't want to lug around a regular laptop.

I love this laptop! fast response and connects Wi-Fi better than my old laptop, even when that one was new! Easy to carry and I use every single day, mainly for at home use and has helped me organize my notes for school and the organization that I'm in charge of! The rundown, its simple and fast!

Easy to use extremely portable. Works great for class. Battery life is good. Even though the battery meter looks low the percentage is still in good range. Pretty solid construction.

Basically a full computer as a tablet , with surprisingly good speakers and responsive touch screen . Perfect for normal web browsing, emailing, work from home, youtube, streaming, etc. Not made for gameing though

I purchased this for work. I’m able to write reports check my emails and watch Hulu all at the same time without ever having any lag. I can play games on my down time as well. It’s versatility is great!
