They get loose and a little frayed. But this one has a nice finish which might last the test of time. The customer support at Best Buy went out of their way help me obtain this item in store.

computer lost WIFi connection

Only thing is since I lost my regular WiFi on the computer it doesn't connect to my printer. I have to use a cable to the printer.

Portable ethernet device

But my laptop does not have an ethernet port. So I use this to connect in my USB and connect my portable Internet box to it. It connects to the laptop and I have no Internet interruptions.

I got it for my desktop because I thought the ethernet adapter on the motherboard had gone bad, but I had to jump through some hoops to download and install the driver to get the device to work.
