Unfortunately, there’s no service plan for it so you can only use the warranty from the company. My 13 y/o son loves it! It paired easily to his phone and then he was off! Definitely recommend.

White Version Battery Issue

While we had no issues with the grey, we ended up returning tbe white one twice and ultimately ended up with two grey units. What we found was that the white scooters had batterries with born dates of 2022. They would not hold a charge and noticeably did not go as fast as the grey. In addition to that, the grey ones seem to have the latest battery version. Aside from the battery issue, the scooter are great and would recommend!!

Amazing up hills!

This can blast up hills with no issue and one charge last a very long time. I'm 210lbs and have had no issue with speed, this can go a solid 18-20 mph and is very fun. Highly recommend this

I thought it would be cool for my husband and I to ride them too so that’s why I decided to get these. They have been great so far with no issue. I love the 2 years guarantee and the technology is great on these. Great Lighting too for riding at night. I highly recommend these scooters
