I have had this unit for about 3 weeks. I love it. Apart from saving space, the washer and dryer are easy to use. The dryer knows the setting of the most recently completed wash cycle and automatically sets the dryer. Happy to see the communication between the washer and the dryer/

The LG Washtower is a nice washer/dryer unit with electronic controls and many selectable wash & dry cycles. There are a lot of features, which means it takes a bit of effort to understand what they do and how to use each feature properly. The LG owner’s manual could written much better, though, to make things clearer and easier to understand. For example, at the moment, general topics are somewhat poorly organized; and the manual could definitely use a full appendix to aid in easily finding specific pages for comprehensive explanations of certain features, functions, care instructions, etc. A feature-rich product, but due to a poorly documented manual it may seem lacking in useful information to many users. (It took me 30 minutes and 5 tries to link the ThinQ application to the Washtower! Kept re-reading the instructions in the manual, but found nothing helpful; finally just dove into the application itself, which better explained the connection procedure.)

Great appliance,works great. Saves a lot of space and easy to use.

We are extremely pleased with our new LG WashTower. It fits very nicely into the limited space of our condo. We find the unit to be very quiet, which allows us to enjoy our activities without the annoying noise of the previous washer/dryer. An excellent product.

Amazing machines work perfectly and are a perfect fit into our utility room. A plus point was the service that I received from the Best Buy team which was outstanding.

This combo is outstanding, well worth the price. Its very quiet you dont even know its on . It was very easy to setup, and you can also control it with your android or IPhone.

Finally a stacking washer and dryer that is not so clunky looking!! I don't have a separate door so it is important that it looks good. Works great, plays nice little tunes - ha ha! I do not use the fancy features - I just press the buttons on what I want.

We love our washer and dryer combo. We’ve now had it for about six months. No issies. No weird smell like other front loaders have had. Very smart. Accurate. Love it.

I've had this for a few months and it's been great. My 20 years old washer and dryer were noisy and inefficient not to mention the agitator beating up my clothes. This wonderful new unit is a pleasure to use.

They were amazing. We had issues with the valves being corroded over and needed to get them changed before they could install my new stackable washer and dryer. The day of installation they contacted me to let me know they were on their way. I informed them that the contractor was still here and could they come out later. We kept in communication with one another and they were able to get here within 30 minutes of me informing them that the contractor finally had finished. They relocated my old stackable that has to stay with the unit I rent and hooked up the new stackable within 10 minutes. They were very professional, respectful, and understanding. So happy to have gotten the opportunity to work with them.

Love my new wash tower! It is fast, quiet and does a great job! Set up went smoothly!

I’m really pleased with this combo. It replaced our 20 year old Maytag stacked unit. Our wash closet has limited depth and this unit fits perfectly where most of the other stacked individual units were 2 to 3 inches too deep. Wash times are much shorter and quieter as well.

I bought this because I have cerebral palsy and thought it would be easier for me. I haven't had to use it much because my wife loves it. It's more compact then our prior washer and dryer but holds the same amount. It dries and washes faster. It's well worth the money.

Yes LG has done it right. Bought this LG Tower due to the limited space I had available. Works great no problems. Love the no big buttons to turn or rotating knobs. Yes this is perfect for what I needed for. Thanks LG for thinking of the tight locations most of us still have.

I love my new stackable washer dryer! Overall, efficient and polite service. Recommend the product and recommend Best Buy. A piece of advice, though: when ordering a delivery, be SURE to ask if they ve ordered the items necessary to do the installation. I didnt know to do that, and had to reschedule the delivery after the items necessary for installation arrived. It all worked out in the end, but be advised.
