A very nice pair of washer / dryer. They're quiet, look great and the clothes come out super dry and fresh. Note: The washer and dryer have separate power chords and the dryer needs the higher wattage outlet (40W).

I purchased this unit for my new house which has an upstairs laundry closet requiring a stacked washer dryer unit. This new model appeared to be ideal for my needs as it is engineered specifically as an integrated stacked system with the controls for both washer and dryer located in the center of the unit for easy reach. Unfortunately, when Best Buy delivered the unit the delivery crew was unable to get it upstairs due to its size and weight. I would recommend this product only for a first floor installation.

I bought the LG Washtower to replace my old stacked unit that finally died. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and have absolutely nothing negative to say. It’s a nice upgrade from my old setup. The controls are easy to understand and my wash\dry times have been cut shorter. I included the haul-away and install options with my purchase. No issues with the delivery and haul-away. The install appointment was set for a few days after delivery. Not a huge deal. When the third party arrived to install, they weren’t even aware it was an install appointment, they arrived to “haul-away” again. They didn’t have the necessary tools to install. This was a bit frustrating so we ended up installing ourselves.

Excellent unit to save space in a small room. We purchased this to replace a larger top loading unit and we are impressed at the quality and ease of use.

Had my unit three weeks. Loved everything about it until today. Washing tub bushing exploded and distributed themselves all over a load of laundry. LG repair appointment is a week out. Things happen so I'm not faulting a failure and repair. What struck me as odd is LG stating "a factory rep, in an LG marked van, in an LG uniform, not a local repair facility" will be arriving. Leads me to believe they're aware of a problem already, or are sending an factory investigator. Odd, either way.

My only concern is that at some settings you can not use cold water. But other than that it is worth the money. It also saves a lot of space.

Love the way they are stacked together as 1 unit. It gave us so much more room and LG as the highest ratings in the industry!

This is my dream set! I can reach inside easily. My kids can help out by doing their own laundry and its user friendly to program.

This is a great washing machine / dryer combo! For the most part pretty quiet. There are dime Moises that come from the washing machine that are a little concerning but so far so good.

It's malfunctioning and I need help from Best Buy. The machine is excellent.

I love the combo. Easy to use. I love the touch panel as well. The quality of clothes being cleaner and the dryer dries the clothes faster than my old dryer. I love the color and easy to clean.
